Technical cleaning at height
Glazing, facades, roofs and gutters at height, without shutting the building down.
Some dirt only comes off if you can get to it. We clean glazing, wall surfaces, roofs and gutters on buildings where a platform cannot reach or would be wildly disproportionate.
We work to agreed hours — including outside business hours — so the building carries on as normal while we are up there.
What we clean

Glazing and curtain walling
Cleaning of high-level glazing with purified water and rope access technique. No limescale rings and no marks on the glass.

Facades and wall surfaces
Removal of dirt, urban pollution and biofilm by pressure washing at a pressure matched to the substrate.

Gutters and roof drains
Clearing and cleaning of gutters, downpipes and roof outlets. The maintenance that prevents next year’s damp problem.

Roofs and rooflights
Removal of leaves, debris and vegetation, and cleaning of rooflights to bring natural light back into industrial units.

Industrial units
Cleaning of structure, light fittings and high-level equipment inside the unit, either with production running or during a planned shutdown.

Signage and special features
Cleaning and maintenance of signs, canopies, sculptures and facade features with difficult access.
How we approach it

Technical cleaning
Safety on every clean
Even when it is "only cleaning", the height risk is identical. We apply the same protocol as on any other rope access job:
- RD 2177/2004 — Rope access and work positioning (Spain)
- Two independent ropes: a working line and a safety line
- Technicians with specific rope access training
- PPE with documented annual inspection to EN 365
- Risk assessment before every intervention
- Signage and cordoning of the potential dropped-object zone
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to close the office while you clean?
No. We work from the outside and on rope, so activity inside carries on as normal. We only cordon off the area below the facade for dropped objects, and we set the timing around whatever suits you.
How often should high-level glazing be cleaned?
In an urban setting, two or three times a year keeps a building looking right. Near construction, heavy traffic or the coast, more often. With a maintenance contract the price per visit drops considerably.
Do you clean gutters before winter?
That is exactly the right moment. Clearing gutters and roof outlets in autumn prevents most of the leaks that show up with the first heavy rain. We offer it as a scheduled annual inspection.
