Facade restoration without scaffolding
Repair, sealing, waterproofing and painting by rope access — no scaffolding.
Most facade defects do not need twenty metres of scaffolding: they need someone to reach one specific point, repair it properly and come back down. Rope access does exactly that, at a fraction of the cost and without occupying the pavement for months.
We work with residential communities, property managers and maintenance companies across Seville and its metropolitan area.
What we repair

Cracks and fissures
Opening up, cleaning out, stitching where appropriate and sealing with a compatible flexible material. First we find the cause: covering a live crack without fixing what is moving is money thrown away.

Spalling and loose material
Cutting back hollow areas, removing unstable material and making good. Emergency intervention where there is a risk to the street below.

Waterproofing and damp
Treatment of leaks, water-repellent coatings and sealing of junctions. We attack where the water gets in, not where the stain appears.

Joint and window sealing
Renewal of perimeter seals around windows, movement joints and parapet junctions. The silent cause of half of all internal damp problems.

Painting and coatings
Washing, priming and finishing with breathable facade paint. An even finish, including the bands scaffolding usually leaves behind.

Facade condition survey
Full photographic report locating each defect with a priority for action. Useful for the statutory building inspection and for justifying a levy to residents.

Frequently asked questions
Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding?
For one-off and medium-sized jobs, almost always: you save the erection, the daily hire, the dismantling and the pavement occupation fee. For a full facade refurbishment with wholesale replacement of material, scaffolding may work out better. We assess it honestly during the survey and if scaffolding suits you better, we say so.
Do I need council permission?
It depends on the municipality and the scope. One-off repairs are usually handled as minor works or a declaration of responsibility, and because the pavement is not occupied you avoid the occupation licence. We will point you to what your council requires.
How long does facade work take?
A single repair can be resolved in one or two days. A full treatment of one elevation with sealing and painting usually runs between one and three weeks, depending on area, weather and crew size. The programme is in the written quote.
Do you carry third-party insurance?
Yes, we hold public liability insurance in force and can supply the certificate with the quote. Any serious property manager will ask for it.
