Privacy policy
How we handle the personal data you provide, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

2. Data we process and purpose
Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address, telephone number, company or building (optional), town, service of interest and the content of the message.
The purpose is to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote requested and maintain the commercial contact arising from that request. We do not use this data to send marketing unrelated to your request without your express consent.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) where the enquiry concerns a quote.
4. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, if a commercial relationship is established, for the periods required by commercial, tax and occupational safety law. If no relationship is established, we delete it one year after the last contact.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To run the website and email we use providers acting as processors under article 28 GDPR contracts: the hosting and content delivery provider and the transactional email provider.
Some providers may carry out international data transfers, in which case these are covered by adequacy decisions or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to contacto@stayupworks.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document.
You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access. Communication with this website is always encrypted using HTTPS.
