About us
Rope access technicians, not salespeople with a catalogue
StayUpWorks started in Aljarafe from a simple idea: height safety is solved by going up, looking and calculating — not by selling everyone the same kit.
We are a small team of technicians trained in rope access and work positioning. We started out maintaining facades and roofs and ended up specialising in what we kept seeing done badly: fall arrest systems installed without any calculation, expired certificates, and residents’ committees who had no idea the liability was theirs.
Today we install and certify lifelines, restore facades, carry out technical cleaning and train the people who have to go up. We work mainly in Seville, Aljarafe and Huelva, and serve the rest of western Andalusia.
We do not subcontract work at height. The team that turns up at your building is ours, and the person you speak to on day one is the same one who hands you the certificate at the end.
Our mission
That anyone who has to go up onto a roof in Andalusia can do so protected by a system that has been calculated, certified and inspected. Not one anchor more to inflate the invoice, and not one less to come in cheap.
How we see it
Height safety is not a product, it is a living file: installation, correct use, periodic inspection and training for whoever uses it. We take care of all four, because if one fails the other three stop meaning anything.
Where we do not bend
Four principles we apply even when they cost us the job.
- 01
Saying no
If your roof cannot take the system you want, or if what you need is scaffolding rather than a rope, we say so. We would rather lose a quote than sign off an installation we do not believe in.
- 02
Documenting everything
Certificate, drawing, manual, maintenance log and photographs. If there is ever an inspection or an incident, the file has to stand up on its own.
- 03
Fixed prices
The quote you sign is the price you pay. Surprises halfway through a job are a polite way of raising the price, and we do not do them.
- 04
Real training
An attendance certificate protects nobody. Our courses are practical and use real equipment, even though they take more preparing.
